urh?? this name in my email stroke my mind for a few seconds...then i clicked on the link, and i saw him!!! wakakakka, not sure if this is the real him, but i couldn't remember when did i "go" add him, lol~! maybe it was through a common friend who visited his newly launched sports centre at BM...anyway, we all Penang lang...Dato Lee on my FB list =) maybe can see his recent updates once in a while kut...?

and so....YEAH! this is the famous eggtart! all the way from SP, to PG, to intel then to jabil one leh...it looks good and tastes great!! and not only that, with love & frienship that means a lot in it too =P wahhahaha.....yummie yummie~! only 2 for me is definitely NOT enough...heheheh...*hint hint* by the way, i managed to capture a pic of the one left before i hentam into my stomach. *burp* and this is the eggtart with its master msn'ing with me, know who to order from right? hint: similar name w me and vy ko-lianly that needed to be called on her initial and not her fullname when she joined gsm =P yet still complain til now... suddenly it sounds like a food blog?! hmm...nono they are just for homemade food, more to come...................

It's currypuff time! suddenly thought of currypuff yesterday and there...i started my currypuff project right after work...it took me almost 4 hours to complete everything, from buying necessary ingrediants, to boiling, to chopping, to blending, to preparing filling, to preparing the "skin", to deep frying them. of coz including time consulting my sifu ah ma. show u my currypuff making process... 1. Boil the sweet potatoes & potatoes 2. Prepare the rempah 3. Knead the sweet potatoes, mix with flour as preparation for the "skin" 4. Potatoes + rempah = The Filling 5. The "skin" & the filling, ready to be wrapped 6. me in action 7. self-made currypuffs always have FULL fillings 8. w my sifu beside and another helping hand 9. ready to be in the wok 10. something that is happening so close to my life recently. few weeks back once i heard that bro's goodfriend's wife has been diagnosed with 4th stage cancer at the moment they discovered. she's 30, and they have a 2 yrs old son. mom and bro visited her in the hospital, she was vy much awake that time. another 2-3 weeks later, i heard she went into unconscious stage. i've never met her before but the husband. both Intelliers. worst thing was the doctor misdiagnosed her for ovarian cancer and removed her ovary then only told her that it's not the cause. the cause was burkitt's lymphoma cancer. well, virus spread pretty fast than anyone can imagine, within week, it reached almost the whole body organs/systems. she needed to be on kidney dialysis 24 hrs, and stayed ICU. still unconscious. the hubby then moved into my house since our house is just few blocks away from the hospital and his house is at mainland. it's for convenience and easy access sake. looking at ...

as i clicked into the Yahoo real estate link, i thought of looking for some houses at this place that i still like a lot and miss very much - Folsom CA. hhmmm..... nice, relaxing...i can enjoy my cup of tea during spring and autumn. i'm missing the weather there... :( i like their open and no fence concept, you just don't have to worry about break-in...this looks like Alan's house that i once managed to find and drive there myself for a party with some close friends of his on one fine autumn night. felt so self-satisfied for a person without direction to have done that. and it's very common for them to have their own swimming pool built in their garden or backyard. remembered once we visited uncle Rae's house with his huge and nice backyard and very own swimming pool. he showed & explained us the photos of the swimming pool building process, it's such an achievement for a family to have gone through the whole process together; from wanting a personal pool, ...

here's some pics in sequence during the baking process...but it's considered not a success, coz i keh gao go add in 5 mins, causing it to OVERBAKE! now i know, must be very careful and it's vy sensitive...well at least i learn to make my own bread now =) next round will be a success story =P thx to all my guinea pigs though, hehehe... 1. the start 2. started to rise and shape 3.
