Silent night, holy night!

"Silent night, holy night! All is calm, all is bright..." it's Christmas Eve...it seems to be incomplete without this song tonight, i can feel the peacefulness of the night. There is no crazy party for me this year, nor seeing any carolling group along the road side. It has been kind of quiet, or i just did not go to those happening places. Yeah! to be exact, i missed the places.

Rather than having big party, i had a simple Korean Dinner @ Hillside - Kim Chi Restaurant, and had my first fondue in Haagen-Dazs :) It's not too big portion and finished by both of us, just nice. Or did he eat most of the part and i didn't feel that it's too big for 2? i didn't eat too much, did i? lol

Whilst listening to the calm and soothing Christmas songs, it makes me think about how the people in the other part of the planet celebrating this day? Names like Kelley, Greg, Chad and even MY who is currently in Folsom came into my mind...Guess they must be celebrating this most special event of the year happily with loved ones. "Family gathering in the house by the fireplace, Christmas tree with lights, well-decorated ornaments and gifts all around it, feel the warmth inside, enjoying turkey and wine, while having the white snow outside..." Isn't it a perfect scene for Christmas in my mind ever since i was young? Would i get the chance to be in one of the houses during this occasion some time in the near future? ummm...i wish so dearly...

Looking at the clock, it's 0:00. My little sister just rushed into my room and sprayed me with the crazy strings and shouted "Merry Christmas" joyfully. Yeah! Merry Christmas 2005 to ALL!
