muachi!!!

Muachi monster's mom fell down when buying muachi for muachi monster :(
Today out of sudden i thought of muachi in the car so simply asking mom where can i get muachi, and i forgot about it after taking lunch, coz stomach filled up. Later in the afternoon, mom fell down in the pasar and the hand was vy vy painful. We sent her into the hospital emergency for x-ray, result showed that the hand got a little fractured. i was stunned when i heard mom telling me that she fell down right after buying the muachi for me. OMG...she was still searching for muachi for me after so many hours. sobz sobz...i gave her a hug and we accompanied her all the way til we got home.

She's still vy painful but at least can smile with the damn muachi now :) get well soon!

How's mom???
Is she better now??
Did you let her take more indinine??
And also more vp for the iron and calcium.

She's not young and already has signs of calcium leakage in her legs and arms. Bones may be losing density so may be a little on the brittle side.

Do take care of mom, ok??
2 indinine and 60 vps everyday to get a thorough recovery.

2 issues here, my dear.

1. How did mom fall?
Because she slipped or because she was giddy?

If it was just carlessness, then ok. If it was due to a sudden attack of giddiness, it could be due to hypertension.

Have you asked her on the reason of her fall? Have she gone for a medical checkup?

2. Bone preservation.
Bone needs vitamin D, to move calcium from the intestine to the bloodstream and into bone. Mom can get vitamin D from short, normal day-to-day exposure of her arms and legs to sun and from foods fortified with the vitamin. Also needed are vitamin A, vitamin C, magnesium and zinc, as well as protein for the growing bone scaffold. Dark green vegetables should do the trick.

Please take real practical care of mom, other than just talk of love and appreciation.

And educate mom to take it easy if she ever feel giddy.
