It's a beautiful night
The stars are hiding behind the canopy of clouds
A slight breeze gently caressing the leaves
The dim hue of the moon penetrates the fog and shines shyly on the cobblestones
At the far horizon, a silhouette was approaching slowly but gradually
A silhouette appeared..his footsteps were bulky, his breathing heavy
But he pushed on with a steely intent
He uttered a word
A word almost drowned by the symphony of insects that were orchestrating through the folliage
The word was soft yet strong
The word that cuts through the deafening silence
The word was definitive
The word was firm
And this was what he said
To my dearest... I will always be with you through thick and thin, through good and bad times, through success and failure. Your mere presence brings strength to every cell in my body, your voice sends oxygen through every vein in my soul.
And before he could finish his sentence, flashes of lightning cuts through the peace, illuminating the whole sky, giving the brilliance of a million candles. Claps of overwhelming thunder followed closely, trembling the earth, shaking the life out of every living thing abound.
He knows this path is going to be tough, littered with challenges unspeakable,unimaginable,unthinkable.But no, he is rebelliously,intensely stubbornly detemined. Nothing is going to stop him from caring for her,liking her,adoring her,protecting her and loving her.
