this morning in the email conversation #1 with miss A... me: U back on 24th? Which day lai eh? A: I will arrive next Tues nite. Lai eh = meet up? :p (apparently she was trying to figure out what is "lai eh" and asking me. It's in fact just a particle that has little or no meaning, for those who can catch it. But since she asked, so i took the effort to explain...) me: Lai eh = hokkien, 来的 Which day 来的? :P (After the explanation, i thought it was clear enough. and yes, she said she got me in the first line too.) A: Haha, got u. Abt 12-13 of every mth. Wat abt u? (i paused for a few seconds thinking, she doesn't come back monthly, does she? what could that be??.................oooooooooooooohhhhhhh~! the monthly thingyyyyy) me: What?????? Ahhahahhah not asking u which day u lai yeh lah…hahahha See until I blur blur… (and what for i go ask her this out of sudden?!?! yet she asked me back somemore!) . . . m o r e e x p l a n a t i o n . . . A: Haha (laugh like hell)...b

paiseh ha, i got more food to share today...had a Sushi Day last Saturday @ home. felt vy satisfied with my 1st time tamago! yummieee =P Prepare the sushi rice. After adding vinegar, sugar & salt; sushi rice is ready. Prepare the dashi stock, for tamago. Preparing tamago. Sushi before cutting. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . tadaaaa..... my achievement of the day - self-prepared tamago sushi various Have a break, have a Green Tea Kit Kat. unagi salmon and finally...my favourite ocha ice cream *slurp* =D the end of the day....*burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrp* OoooOopsss!!

urh?? this name in my email stroke my mind for a few seconds...then i clicked on the link, and i saw him!!! wakakakka, not sure if this is the real him, but i couldn't remember when did i "go" add him, lol~! maybe it was through a common friend who visited his newly launched sports centre at BM...anyway, we all Penang lang...Dato Lee on my FB list =) maybe can see his recent updates once in a while kut...?

and so....YEAH! this is the famous eggtart! all the way from SP, to PG, to intel then to jabil one leh...it looks good and tastes great!! and not only that, with love & frienship that means a lot in it too =P wahhahaha.....yummie yummie~! only 2 for me is definitely NOT enough...heheheh...*hint hint* by the way, i managed to capture a pic of the one left before i hentam into my stomach. *burp* and this is the eggtart with its master msn'ing with me, know who to order from right? hint: similar name w me and vy ko-lianly that needed to be called on her initial and not her fullname when she joined gsm =P yet still complain til now... suddenly it sounds like a food blog?! hmm...nono they are just for homemade food, more to come...................

My Currypuff =)

It's currypuff time! suddenly thought of currypuff yesterday and there...i started my currypuff project right after work...it took me almost 4 hours to complete everything, from buying necessary ingrediants, to boiling, to chopping, to blending, to preparing filling, to preparing the "skin", to deep frying them. of coz including time consulting my sifu ah ma. show u my currypuff making process... 1. Boil the sweet potatoes & potatoes 2. Prepare the rempah 3. Knead the sweet potatoes, mix with flour as preparation for the "skin" 4. Potatoes + rempah = The Filling 5. The "skin" & the filling, ready to be wrapped 6. me in action 7. self-made currypuffs always have FULL fillings 8. w my sifu beside and another helping hand 9. ready to be in the wok 10.
